Packing List for a 6 Month Old

I was planning on taking pictures of my packing adventure but the view screen of my camera is broke and I didn't feel like taking 100 pictures to make sure I got a few good shots. So instead I'm just going to make a list with categories for personal reference. Feel free to use my list as reference for your own summer trips!

We are taking a 5 day trip up north, which we will spend half the time at my parents cabin and half the time in town with Ben's folks. It's also going to be chilly the first few days and then really nice so I'll have a wide variety of things packed.
